Sale Policy

General

We now accept PayPal. All animals will have a cash and charge price. If using PayPal, you will be charged the charge price. Any deposit received through PayPal will have the same guidelines as one received by any other means . . . the deposit will be forfeited if the buyer changes their minds, doesn't finish paying for the animal or doesn't pick up the animal according to the guidelines below. Thanks.

Goats

No goat or kid will be held unless a deposit has been given
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold a goat or kid for you
The goat or kid has to be picked up when weaned or within 14 days of the deposit unless prior arrangements have been made
If the goat or kid is not picked up when weaned or within 14 days of the deposit, the deposit is forfeited and the goat or kid will be put up for sale again
We do not ship any animals
Kids may leave after four days of age but they must be bottle fed (exceptions may apply)
Kids can leave without needing to be bottle fed at eight weeks
The goat or kid will be double registered (AGS and NDGA)
The goat or kid must have the prefix of Southpaw Acres in their registered name
Cash only, no checks, no money orders and no cashier's checks accepted unless being mailed for deposit
Goat or kid is sold as is with the guarantee that they are healthy at the time of sale and are up to date on their shots and worming
Goats must be sold in pairs unless it is determined that the buyer has goats
The buyer is responsible for fencing, food, shelter and care of the goat(s) or kid(s) once the goat or kid leave the premises
Buyer must provide transportation unless prior arrangements have been made. Goat or kid must be transported safely in a ventilated, sheltered cage/trailer. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any goat or kid should the buyer not have a safe method of transportation for the goat or kid.

Boxers and Aussies

Require a $100 non refundable deposit to hold the puppy for you
Puppy cannot leave the mother until 8 weeks of age-don't ask if they can leave early-the answer is no
Puppy has to be picked up within 14 days of the deposit unless prior arrangements have been made
Puppy will be registered with AKC
Puppy will have prefix of Southpaw in their registered name
Cash only, no checks, money orders or cashier's checks accepted
Puppy will come with one year health guarantee from health defects
Puppy will be up to date on shots and worming
Proper fencing is the responsibility of the owner

Rabbits

Bunny will be available to go home from 4 to 8 weeks of age
Bunny must be picked up within 7 days of the sale
Cash only, no checks, money orders or cashier's checks accepted
Bunny is sold as is
